Food safety & quality
Handled with care from receiving to your door
Your customers trust you with their food. These are the practices we follow so you can trust what arrives.
Our practices
How we protect every order
Cold chain
Chilled and frozen products are stored in temperature-controlled areas and kept in range through picking, loading and delivery.
Receiving & storage
Incoming stock is checked for condition, dates and temperature. Products are rotated first-expiry, first-out and stored off the floor.
Traceability
Products are tracked by item and lot so we can quickly identify which customers received an affected product.
Allergen handling
Allergen information from supplier labels is shown on product pages. Always check the physical label, as recipes can change.
Recalls
When a supplier or regulator issues a recall, we stop shipping affected lots and contact customers who received them. Recalls & notices
Supplier standards
We work with suppliers who provide accurate labelling and specifications and meet applicable food safety regulations.
Certifications
